- 475 ml (2 cups) yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
- 150g (1 cup) strawberries, fresh or frozen
- In a blender, combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and pour into glasses
- Serve and enjoy!
Coconut oil helps make this smoothie smooth (ha ha!) but be sure to use the virgin variety in order to get all the anti-inflammatory properties.
