  • 475 ml (2 cups) yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
  • 150g (1 cup) strawberries, fresh or frozen
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and pour into glasses
  3. Serve and enjoy!
Coconut oil helps make this smoothie smooth (ha ha!) but be sure to use the virgin variety in order to get all the anti-inflammatory properties.
