TrollKrem

Here is my recipe for trollkrem, or troll cream. It is a great Norwegian dairy free dessert to serve at your next dinner party.

Serves: 12
Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) lingonberry jam
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) vanilla sugar
  • Lemon balm leaves (optional)
Instructions
  1. Using a hand or standing mixer, whisk the egg whites, jam and vanilla sugar into a thick foam.
  2. Top with lemon balm leaves and serve.
