Video: Easy Homemade Muesli

August 13, 2012 By Whitney Love Leave a Comment

This is by far the easiest recipe I’ve EVER used for making homemade muesli. In short, all you do is open a box of mixed cereals grains, mix in various seeds, nuts and dried fruit add a touch of powdered sugar (or not) and serve. The recipe literally takes 2 minutes (that includes time to open the box of cereal grains). Use your favorite seeds, nuts and dried fruits based on what you have on hand.

Easy Homemade Muesli

Ingredients

Mixed cereal grains of your choice (I buy a 500 gram box for next to nothing!)
Seeds of your choice (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, etc.)
Nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, etc.)
Dried fruit of your choice (raisins, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, chopped figs, chopped apricots, etc.)
Powdered sugar – ca. 2 tablespoons
