- 2 egg whites
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) lingonberry jam
- 50 g (1/4 cup) vanilla sugar
- Lemon balm leaves (optional)
- Using a hand or standing mixer, whisk the egg whites, jam and vanilla sugar into a thick foam.
- Top with lemon balm leaves and serve.
