Carrot and Raisin Salad
  • 6 carrots, grated
  • 150 g (1 cup) raisins
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  1. Combine the carrots and raisins, in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add in the mayonnaise and mix everything together.
  3. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
