Some friends of mine and I get together every once in a while and have potluck dinners. The dinners center around a theme, and everyone brings a dish connected to the theme. We call this our “supper club” and we had one of our supper club dinners this past weekend with the theme of “Rogaland in Winter” (dishes should be made from local ingredients and/or come from Rogaland (the county we live in) and/or be winter dishes).
