The ginger ice cream was seriously life changing. Supremely smooth and incredibly creamy. And so full of ginger goodness. Me + ginger=very good friends.
The blueberry cheesecake was turned into blueberry (peach) cheesecake because I ran out of blueberries. I also substituted half of the cream cheese with pineapple orange flavor cream cheese, just to see how it would taste. It tasted dreamy-and since it was a cooking light recipe, it was even dreamier. Not as creamy as the ginger, but still very, very tasty.
